Reply to your purchase email within 7 days of buying, or write to hello@elderactivitykit.com from the address you used at checkout. Say you want a refund. That is the whole process — you do not have to explain why, and we will not ask.
The money goes back to the card you paid with. Depending on your bank it takes between two and ten working days to appear.
Because asking you to delete a PDF is theatre — there is no way to verify it and it only makes an honest person feel watched. If the material did not save you a session of planning, you should not have to pay for it, and you should not have to perform anything to get your money back.
The guarantee window closes, but the inbox does not. If a file will not open, a download link is broken, or a page is wrong, write to us and we will fix it — that is not a refund question, it is our job.
Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund takes one email and we will not argue about it; a chargeback takes months and helps nobody.
